Refund Procedure

World Fortunes Inc. accepts returns of products within 14 days from the shipping date indicated on the order invoice or order confirmation email. Customers must call our toll-free at +1 888-587-4288 or email  [email protected] in order to ensure a full refund of the retail price and applicable taxes before mailing back the products. We do not recover any shipping costs for product returns.

The original invoice must be included in the return package in order to confirm its authorization. The customer assumes the responsibility of paying for shipping costs to return the product to us through the postal service of their choice. Products must be shipped back in the original packaging and in good condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged may not be returned and are not eligible for a full refund.

World Fortunes Inc. aims to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If the products are defective upon receiving an order, we guarantee an immediate full refund or exchange after the product has been shipped back to the aforementioned address. Customers are enabled 14 days from shipping date to notify us of any discrepancies. Once a return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the transaction of returned funds to the customer. We cannot process any returns or refund transactions after 14 days have passed from the shipping date noted on the invoice.
